Technical Parameters of SG600/800 Urea Crusher-Fertilizer Crushing Machine:
The main components require strong crushing ability, high efficiency, and high wear resistance of the working surface. Multi-level adjustment of crushing mesh, no agglomeration after crushing, and low dust at the inlet and outlet. The two roll urea crusher mainly uses the gap between the high-speed running roll and concave plate to grind and shear. The size of gap determines the degree of material crushing, and the roller speed and diameter can be adjusted. Urea enters the two roll urea crusher collides with the body and baffle to break, and then is ground into powder through teeth between the roller and the concave plate.
