Our Complete Order-to-Delivery Process

From inquiry to after-sales support, this is how we ensure transparency, quality and long-term trust throughout every production-line project.

Linkinexp complete order-to-delivery production line project

Seven clear phases

A transparent path from order to operation.

Bottle measurements during the inquiry phase
01

Inquiry & Commercial Agreement

  • We collect bottle sizes, product characteristics, filling range, target speed, available space and the specific problem to solve.
  • Our team prepares the technical proposal, layout drawing and budget quotation, then confirms functions, payment terms, lead time and after-sales support.
  • The project begins after the contract, proforma invoice and purchase order are confirmed, the deposit is paid and samples are arranged.
Engineering and customized machinery design
02

Engineering & Customization

  • Customized functions move into machine design with regular progress updates for the customer.
  • Electrical allocation lists, mechanical parts lists and detailed drawings turn requirements into clear manufacturing instructions.
  • Frame and precision-part machining begins under in-house incoming quality control.
Packaging machinery manufacturing and internal testing
03

Manufacturing & Internal Testing

  • Skilled technicians assemble the equipment using documented procedures and critical control points.
  • PLC logic, wiring and pneumatic systems are optimized for the order, followed by internal self-checks and program fine-tuning.
  • Customer materials and samples are used to verify capacity, speed, capping, labeling and line coordination before the Factory Acceptance Test.
Machinery prepared and protected for shipment
04

Packing & Shipment

  • After FAT approval and balance payment, the equipment is carefully disassembled where needed and packed in wooden crates.
  • Screws and key parts receive anti-loosening marks so movement during sea, rail or road transport can be identified.
  • We coordinate booking and prepare invoices, packing lists, insurance, bills of lading and required origin or conformity documents.
Production line installation and site commissioning
05

Site Installation & Commissioning

  • Power, compressed air, available space and foundations are checked before the service team arrives.
  • Our engineers complete installation, wiring and commissioning, then fine-tune the line with the customer's own materials.
  • A Site Acceptance Test confirms performance and concludes with a signed handover protocol.
Operator training and supervised production
06

Training & Shadow Production

  • Structured instruction combines technical explanation with practical, hands-on training.
  • The customer's team operates the line while our engineers remain alongside for changeovers, debugging and fault handling.
  • Written manuals and video tutorials preserve operational knowledge even when team members change.
After-sales service and continuous improvement
07

Spare Parts & Continuous Improvement

  • The spare-parts list is reviewed and handed over directly to the maintenance team.
  • Operator and engineer feedback is collected because every observation from the production site helps improve our solutions.
  • Warranty, response times, parts availability, remote support and on-site service terms remain clearly defined.

Built differently

What makes this process different?

01

No hidden steps

Every stage is visible, from feasibility review through final feedback.

02

Risk prevention

FAT and SAT sign-offs, transport markings and site checks reduce avoidable risk.

03

Knowledge transfer

Documentation, video guidance and shadow production help teams become self-sufficient.

04

Continuous listening

Operator experience and customer suggestions directly inform future improvements.
